Prior to establishing Diazo, Justin was employed by one of the largest asset management firms in the world for nearly a decade. Throughout the years, Justin has had the privilege of working with an array of people and circumstances -- from low-income families, to young professionals at the start of their careers, to high net-worth individuals approaching or in retirement. In his free time, Justin enjoys weightlifting, coaching his two sons in youth baseball, and hosting his friends and family for backyard barbecues.
